CARDMESH PUBLISHING STANDARD

Built is not the same as ready.

Cardmesh is open to people building useful things for the trading card industry. Submission is free, and inclusion is based on function, utility, and accountable ownership.

What a listing must show

01

Working now

A usable product or operating service. Waitlists and mockups do not qualify.

02

Accountable operator

A real person or identifiable organization, clear ownership, and a working support channel.

03

Proof of work

Evidence of a completed trading card workflow, matched to the kind of capability submitted.

04

Clear terms

Pricing, limitations, and relevant data practices are disclosed. Sensitive workflows receive extra scrutiny.

05

Useful difference

A concrete reason someone would choose the offering, including how it differs from existing options.

Funding, revenue, and a minimum audience are not required. We judge whether the capability works and helps with a real card workflow, regardless of how it was built.

Proof of work by type

Every submission needs at least one link to evidence a reviewer can inspect.

App or SaaSWorking demo, sandbox, or live product walkthrough.
Agent skillPublic repository, installation instructions, and a successful execution example.
MCP server or pluginFunctional endpoint or installable package, documentation, and test results.
APIAccessible documentation with sample requests and responses.
Physical serviceVerifiable operating business, service terms, and evidence of fulfilled work.
IntegrationDemonstrated data exchange or completed workflow between the named systems.

How review works

Cardmesh checks that the submission is complete, then reviews actual functionality, usefulness, trust, and category fit. We may request changes or decline a listing. Paying for faster review will never change the standards or organic placement.

A listing means our minimum inclusion requirements were met. It does not mean Cardmesh has audited the business or endorses every claim. Stronger verification will only appear with a record of what was tested and when.
